1.Function and Application
   Circular Stapler HC can easily and conveniently anastomose lumen organs by firing into the tissues of alimentary canal two staggered (interior and exterior) rings of titanium staples and cutting off inside tissue with the circular blades simultaneously.
       This stapler is suitably used for end-to-end and end-to-side tissue anastomoses in alimentary canal organs such as esophagus, stomach , entera etc., especially at the low recta and high esophagus not suitable for hand work. It also can be used in the circular cutting operation of hemorrhoids.

 2.Configuration
       Circular Stapler HC mainly consists of anvil closure assembly and staples firing assembly. Turn the adjusting knob clockwise, bring the anvil to move horizontally to the circular blade assembly by lead screw, adjust the gap between them to a proper scale (1.0mm~2.5mm, it can be seen from the firing indicator window), then open the safety, squeeze the firing handle with a firm and steady pressure to fire and anastomose.
        In order to guarantee blood supply of the anastomosed tissue, the stapler can adjust the closure gap (ranging from 1.0mm to 2.5mm) according to the thickness of the tissue to be anastomosed. In addition, in order to avoid firing beyond the range set beforehand, the stapler has a safety and the safety can be opened only when the gap is between 1.0mm and 2.5mm.
        For the sake of security, this instrument is designed to complete stitching and cutting at the same time. The circular blades will automatically cut off otiose tissue when the instrument is fired and circular anastomosis will be formed.
